Framed by Norway Spruce tree trunks, stunning full height windows add natural light and warmth while compelling you to gaze mesmerised at the stunning views and the ever changing reflections on the water from the comfort of the living room. Look out for Otters, Sea Eagles and sometimes even Dolphins and the odd Basking Shark. Home to Red Deer and Pine Martens, even the elusive Scottish Wildcat has been seen on occasions. Ardnamurchan is the outdoor capital of the UK. With so many activities to offer, including canoeing and kayaking adventures exploring the miles of rocky coastline and hidden coves, or perhaps some very challenging mountain bike trails for adrenaline fuelled junkies.
Rich in natural history and wildlife, nearby you will find captivating, deserted white sandy beaches with turquoise seas, ancient Atlantic Oakwoods and many islands to visit, including the beautiful Isles of Skye and Mull. So much to see, so much to experience, you won’t want to leave.
As a recognised “dark skies” area, Brightwater Lodge is perfect for stargazing, and you may even be lucky enough to experience the spectacular Northern Lights.

Loch Sunart is truly a spectacle to behold. Home to otters and sea eagles and boasting breathtaking views of stunning Scottish Highland scenery, this area offers much to explore. Wild rugged mountains make an impressive backdrop to the twisty single track roads, look out for herds of deer, and magnificent stags, at one with their wild and wonderful surroundings. Eagles soar overhead while the haunting call of the diver can be heard across the bay.
Get up close and personal with the locals on an Otter Adventure, or take a fabulous boat trip to Fingals Cave at Staffa, maybe stop off at Lunga to see the glorious Puffins.Perhaps you would prefer a leisurely tour round the Ardnamurchan Distillery, said to have the finest location of any distillery in the UK, and sample some of their finest single malts.
